Looking into 5th wheels. Does anyone have any information on the Dutchman Infinity series? Also any recommendations on new 5th wheel hitches. I currently have an 2011 GMC 3500 CC 4x4 Duramax that needs to be outfitted.

Had a brand new frontliving 5 slider full body paint in the park last week. They were having some new RV problems and the Dutchman rep was down working on the unit. After 3 days they had the problems ironed out and the owner even admitted some of the problems were of his own doing. A really nice unit. We looked at one at camping world b4 this one, not as decked out, but it had some really good features.

We just bought ours in July. It is in for the electrical recall for the hydraulic slides. And they are working on the galley slide, under warranty. Some little cosmetic stuff needs adjusted. We love it. There is so much room and storage, I think we will enjoy staying in it when we can finally retire. For now we will use it for short stays and vacations. I've seen some on here scoff at Dutchmen for being lower quality, but I think they wouldn't be in business this long if they were so bad. And our last 5er was a Snowbird by Nuwa, and before that it was a Terry 5er. So now this is our choice, A beautiful Infinity. You can look at the floor plan which is always important for us, and figure that is the thing it would be hardest to change at any future time. You could replace this n' that but moving a wall would not be easy to do. We liked our floor plan, and the decor is to our liking, everything feels right to us, so we are happy, now whether you would feel the same is up to you.

The factory service center manager allowed us to tour 3 Infinity 5ers they were building there in 2009. These were pre-production units being made to compare the actual units to engineering drawings. They appeared to be the same high quality as our Grand Junction, only with vastly different floorplans. Nearly had to drag DW out of them she was so taken.
