electrical issue

Have 2005 jayco designer,5th wheel. I recently took out the batteries to recharge and when I reinstalled I must have crossed the wires on the terminals. Now it will not pass current, if I switch the two wires the slides work in reverse they go out when pressing the in switch.
When I hook up my generator nothing works ?

You have seriously messed it up.. At the very least you have blown the reverse polarity fuse(s) on the converter..

Murphy's law says a $100 converter WILL BLOW to protect a $0.50 fuse.

You may have also damaged Fridge, Water heater, Furnace,Air conditioners and other devices.
