I am trying to use our house plug-in, it's sitting outside while we get ready for our main trip, and each time I attach the cable to any of our house outlets it blows my houses circuit breaker.
I have 2 12 volt batteries and have not had any problems before.
Suggestions/help would be appreciated.

Off hand, this sounds like something "big" is still turned on inside the RV (perhaps the air-conditioner).

You could try isolating it by turning off all the circuit-breakers inside the RV; plug in the RV to the house outlet; then turn on one-at-a-time the inside-the-RV breakers until the house breaker trips.

I am assuming you are connecting to a 120-volt probably 20-amp outlet circuit in the house. You could also try something simple (like a light or power-drill) plugged into the house outlet just to be certain it is "happy" with 'regular' things.

PS: Welcome to iRV2 !!

Schofie,
Welcome to irv2
The advice from DavidMc is good. One thing I sometimes forget is the fridge, ours is automatic and switches to electric when plugged in, if we then turn on the air conditioner it will trip the breaker on the 15 amp house circiut. Another thought; if the batteries are low the converter will draw quite a few amps trying to charge them up, probably not enough to trip the breaker by itself but if something else is on it may contribute to the problem.

Another "Big Draw" item...

If you have an electric hot water tank, check to ensure it's turned off.
