I'm with Brad.
W'eve had both Coachnet and GS over the years and used the services twice. Flat tires aren't why I have it.
Our first use was when we lost a wheel off the truck - yes, the right rear wheel came off our new (9,000 miles on the odometer) truck while towing our 5th wheel. Had to tow both the truck (on a flat-bed) and trailer so the bill would have been pricey if I'd had to foot it.
The other occasion was when we were on the road and suffered a broken primary leaf spring on the trailer. They found what appeared to be the only repair service in the area that had a spring in stock, sent the service out wtih it out and we were on our way in under two hours.
An ERS is a type of insurance, and like all insurance you hope you never need it. Actually I hope we waste every penny we spend on it from now until we hang up the stinky slinky forever.
