Excel rear hitch weight?

Greetings,

We just purchased a 2009 Peterson Excel 30TKE LTD, it came with a rear hitch from the factory and my question is, does anyone know the capacity and tongue weight of the hitch allowed?

I cannot seem to find any infomtion in the manual or brochure. Thank you in advance.

My 13 has a sticker that says 400 pounds hitch weight. Yours should be the same I would think as the frames are the same whether Winslow or Limited. I think the maximum weight of whatever you are towing is 4000 pounds if I remember correctly.

Thanks,

I figured it was a light weight hitch, I will have to have the hitch beefed up to town a cargo trailer.
