Smaller, any time you can save your brakes it is a good thing.
We have a 7 mile hill in ne PA, while not as steep as a Colorado hill it can still take a toll. If your brakes are already warm and you have to come to a stop going around a corner because some (self censored) from a adjoining state in a rice burner burning up the road cuts you off and almost looses it in the dirt at the edge of the road, you end up mashing the brakes........................... Ok, I have calmed down again, at least the wife picked up inside the 5er.
