Looking for some advise. Last two trips to two different State Parks the lights inside the 5th wheel would flicker (get brighter and dimmer). First time thought it was the park power however after the same thing happened at a different park I am thinking it is a converter problem? Thanks for your help.

Is your house battery is good condition and properly connected ? Some convertors put out rough DC power and use the house battery to "clean it up" so it is suitable to power your 12V stuff. You may be able to download a manual for your convertor here; or try using dogpile search engine.
