We had that happen a couple years ago.

We had that happen a couple years ago and seemed we could never get rid of them. We would vacuum them up as they appeared. RV might be locked up for a month we come back and find hundreds again. Vacuumed them up. We keep a very clean rig so this did not make sense.

I hung up fly strips in the shower, and on strings in other areas of the rig as well.

Come back next spring and had several on the strips and others dead but that seemed to take care of it after they were cleaned up and removed never had them appear again.

Never really did figure out where or how they got in since it is sealed up well. Just keep after it and you should get rid of them

Sad thing is that I don't have anything in the trailer... A couple packages of paper plates, couple of clean pans, and blankets on the bed. But that's all, I haver used it in 2 years so I don't know where they could be coming from... After this bomb I am going to clean clean clean every nook and cranny since it's empty.

Probably a dead mouse or 20 in your walls if you haven't used it in two years, lol

I think flies like to come in for a temperature or darkness issue. They don't necessarily come in looking for something rotting to lay eggs. My brother parked his empty camper at his farm and in the Spring we opened it up to find thousands of dead flies. It was the strangest thing. Absolutely empty but they found a way in by a heat vent and went into a space under the kitchen table and then into the camper. No food, no dead mice, nothing inside but flies. Likewise I went tent camping once and when I left the tent fly open for 15 minutes we had a hundred house flies inside that empty tent. They seem drawn to closed spaces.
Bug bomb them and be done.
