Does anyone have a contact name and telephone number to Forrest River. I purchased a Cardinal 30TS and didn't notice an underpanel bent prior to me leaving the dealership. Now I am having a time getting Forrest River in repairing it. I can't seem to find any number to Forrest River. I have been in contact with there warranty administrator but not getting a warm and fuzzy from him. Need to talk to the head man at Forrest River. Any help would be appreciated.

What exactly do you mean by bent? The under panels are made of plastic. Maybe all it needs is for the screws to be removed and reinstalled. Dealership is always your first stop with warranty repairs. If he refuses to fix, then contact Cardinal Div.

The underpanel of a Cardinal is made of metal. This is one reason I bought a Cardinal because it wasn't plastic. I am having a time trying to get the dealership or the manufacture in fixing the problem. Would send pictures to let everyone see but don't know how.

Not trying to minimize your concern, But I really don't understand how bent this panel is? Is this a small crease or something really hugh? Worst case take it off the trailer and lay it on the ground and with a soft hammer simply knock the dent down and reinstall it. Done and no more aggravation.
