Forest River Wildcat

Is the 2017 Forest River Wildcat a reliable 5th wheel unit? It has heated under belly so does that mean it's four season?

Unless you have elec heat pads on the tanks then you'll need to run the furnace to keep the underbelly heated. That will suck a lot of propane and be noisy.
A heated underbelly is one criteria for 4 season use. You need dual pane windows and high R values in the walls, floor and ceiling. I would not want to be in any RV when the temps are near 0 or near 100 for days on end.
You also need to look at the baggage doors. Are they thin with cheap seals? Or 2" thick with good seals?
Can't help with the reliable part.
