Unless you have elec heat pads on the tanks then you'll need to run the furnace to keep the underbelly heated. That will suck a lot of propane and be noisy.
A heated underbelly is one criteria for 4 season use. You need dual pane windows and high R values in the walls, floor and ceiling. I would not want to be in any RV when the temps are near 0 or near 100 for days on end.
You also need to look at the baggage doors. Are they thin with cheap seals? Or 2" thick with good seals?
