Rob_fla I wonder if I cut in same duct line another vent towards closet and maybe another one towards bathroom if needed if still cycling without adding another duct line towards tv maybe .try one at a time maybe couple minutes work hole sawing hole in ceiling and adding vent louvered and see if it works first.what do u think .i checked seal on divider on hot and cold side where air travels in box and seal looks good no leakage and no blockage in front of duct line leaving box.i looked down trunk line and didn't see anything in duct line blocking flow with mirror and flash light .i checked at every vent opening each way down trunk line.

I measured the end of the truck line as it goes toward the closet out of the A/C unit and cut a hole for another register. You will need to line the area with Foil Duct Tape as there may not be any in the new area.

I also added a second register in the duct as it goes toward the bathroom, did not do much good.

I also opened up the area (cut away foam to make more of a funnel) where the Plenum Chamber on the A/C unit feeds the duct and then Foil Taped it too.

As other have said, also be sure the divider on the A/C unit between the A/C Intake side and the Output side is sealed good so the Cold Air is not going back into the intake and causing a premature freeze up.

These units love Air Flow, the more the better.
There is a freeze sensor on my coils but it does not seem to work as it will freeze solid and the compressor is still running.
