Furnace and a/c fans won't turn off

Hi all, new member. I have a 01 cardinal fiver with a suburban sf 35 furnace and duo therm rooftop a/c. At the end of last season I noticed my furnace can would just randomly run. So this winter I've replaced limit switch, time delay relay, and circuit board. Of course the fan still runs non stop. I have to pull fuse to get it to stop. Last week I had trailer plugged in and now the roof fan is running. The thermostat is in the off position and I even had It disconnected. Need help!

Do you have the manuals and trouble shooting guides for your furnace and A/C units?

I do have manuals. I also have thought it might be t stat but at one point during my trouble shooting I disconnected all the wires from t stat and the blower motor still ran. So in my mind that kind of eliminated the t stat. Idk?

Ok , t'stat and a stuck relay on the furnace circuit board , would have been my first things to check out. Seems like you covered the first two things I thought of; I'll scratch my head for a while .
Last RV , I heard about with these problems , the owner had connected the battery backwards, and fried multiple control boards, furnace, A/C and the t'stat. But his problems started immediately , not in stages like yours.

We had similar problems and had to put in a new circuit controller board inside AC the unit and had to run new controllers that separated the AC unit and the heater unit not sure why it worked but it did and the fans are no longer running all the time.

we did try to use one unit but the furnish fan kept coming on for no reason. It was a lot of trial and aero but we finally found out which wires went to what. The manual that came with the RV had all the wires wrong. good luck at finding what works for you.
