I'm not an expert, but are you getting any air out of the vents? if not then I would think the duct might disconnected from the furnace, but if you are getting cold air blowing out the vents and hot exhaust I don't know. Good Luck!

There a whole bunch of differential pressure specs that need to be right on a furnace for it to be SAFE and not catch fire. The newer models won't even light if they're not in spec. Take it to an expert just to be safe.

Check to see if you have air preasure coming out of the inside vents. You can use a sheet of paper and see if it blows the paper up. If there is no air preasure you may have a broken blower motor shaft or the heater side blower cage is loose on the motor shaft. Also the blower motor may not be turning fast enought to blow the heat out. The brushes may be worn down in the motor. You may want to check the 12 volt side of the wiring to the motor for loose connections and a bad ground connection. Hope this helps.

Your problem sounds like ours. Is your furnace actually lighting off. Our does not. Our fan blows but no warm air because it has not ignited. The igniter needs to be correctly aligned as the tolerances are close also the nozzel needs to be cleaned. The first 8 years our furnace worked well now it seems that each year we have to have a service call. It is cold now and again it won't light and produce heat.

I hope you get it fixed soon.
