Hello, and welcome to irv2.com! Usually the converter panel may be found near the floor. It should have a metal front with vent slots, you can hear the cooling fan run when the converter gets warm. Older converters make a humming noise that you can hear if everything else is quiet. When you do locate it, you'll find a row of automotive fuses controlling the 12V side of the RV interior, and household-type breakers controlling the 120VAC side behind the metal cover.
