Angry gemini-2

i purchased a new toy hauler 6 mo ago , a 399 momentum, the service dept has had it most of this time, the ruined so many things, that now they are talking about returning it back to the manufacture for a new bath room, imagine removing the roof and walls, what kind of product will i end up with,
i think they should give us a new unit and transfer the 6 to 8000.00 i spent on up grades , i purchased the best unit they make, im pretty upset. i got to use it 4 days so far.

What was the original issue(s) you had? Are you suggesting the dealer was responsible for further damage?

yes they tried to service this toy hauler from the time we purchased it, several things they ruined, the factory , overnighted the parts, we found out, they kept telling they were waiting for parts, they damaged some body panels we waited for m they broke a shower door latch, told us , go ahead use it, well it broke the 3 piece shower door by the time we got to grand lake, the whole bath room full of glass including the drain , in trying to fix that , they somehow ruined the shower floor , now they want to patch the floor , then they spilled primer on the linoleum, want to cut the floor out , replace that , cutting the inside , when these are built the walls set on the flooring, holding valves did not hold, when they fixed them, still did not hold, no heat in garage, nails in the trim , bent ove rand told us it was fine, jacks leaking, creaking in the night saying there fine , now they are talking, to send it back to the factory, can you see them , removing the roof and walls to put in a new bathroom, my expereince, a few years ago i had a half a million dollar coach, the dealer caught it on fire, while it was being serviced, we tried to see if they would agree to total it , they deside to repair it, spent over 90,000.00 repair, we had one issue after another, lost over 100,000.00 trying to get rid of it , so you see immm not in favor of going through that again, your input is valued.
