Grand Design lights

I have a grand design solitude and one of the living room lights is dim. I have tried to take the cover off but each time I am nervous that I'm going to break it. Is there any tricks or am I doing something wrong.

If you have the same as mine, 4 1/2" frosted circle cover, it just turns counterclockwise off. Some are kind of tight

I have a solitude also. I too have one light that is dim. The cover/lense just pulls straight out.

If you look closely on the GD owner forum in the Reflection section, one owner has gone through all his lights and researched LED replacement parts numbers. I'm certain that Solitudes use many of the same lights.
