As a Grand Design owner I'm disappointed at the lack of a GD section. Nonetheless I'll continue to enjoy the IRV2 site.

x2. I paid the $$ to join the GD forum and own a Northwood. I like reading and looking at what other people do for mods. I also read other brand forums to keep up on whats new. We may be in the market in a couple years for a newer trailer so thats why I like to stay on top of things.

Let me make a correction about the Grand Design Owners Forum. It is private owned and not affiliated with Grand Design in any way.

Grand Design customer relations does monitor the forum, and will often answer questions and take care of problems.

And the founders of the company (still managing Grand Design) often pop on the forum when there are problems. How often will you find such people personally handling problems and even giving out their personal cell phone numbers.

You'll never find Forest River's Warren Buffett answering questions and giving out his personal phone number.

I highly doubt you'll see the 3 amigos from GD on there much since they sold GD to Winnebago. I haven't seen any of them for several months on there.
