Grand Junction

I am looking at purchasing a 2010 Grand Junction 345RE 5th wheel and would appreciate your thoughts concerning this rig. I am primarily interested in reliability and durability. It is in excellent condition and is priced around $33000.

This will be our first 5th wheel and we plan to use it as a winter retreat from Minnesota to anywhere warm and for touring of our national parks.

Thanks,
John

We have a 08 Grand Junction and only have good things to say about it. Been fulltime since March 08.

Thanks for your reply. The GJ is tops on my list. The floor plan is the best for my needs.

What temperature extremes (cold to hot) have you experienced and how did your GJ respond. Was the ac or furnace over taxed and were you comfortable? The unit that I am looking at has two air conditioners, so I should be fine in the summer.

We plan to rv in the fall to see the fall colors. I am sure that we will experience temperatures in the teens, so I want to be confident that we will not have heating concerns.

Full timing since 2008 is amazing. I am happy for you.

Thanks again,
John

We also have two ac's and we stay cool up to about 97 degrees. Coldest temps we have been in is about 6 degrees and furnace and small electric heater did the job. Would buy another GJ in a heart beat.
