Hanging stuff in my new 5th wheel

Howdy all,
I just purchased a 2008 Stellar 5th wheel, I need to hang a medicine cabinet along with a few other items for my wife.
My first question is, would I be better off to purchase a lightweight semi useful rv medicine cabinet or would my walls support the real deal?
what type of hardware should I hang it with? Anything different that I would use at home?

When I hang/mount something with a little weight on our RV walls I use the 'moly" steel expanding anchors (they expand behind the wall). I buy the ones for 1/8" paneling, use a shorter screw for expanding the anchor After installing an anchor I cut the included screw off just long enough to pass through the anchors threads when the object is mounted. Downside, these cannot be removed.
