Smile Durango Gold

We have a 2016 Durango Gold with the front living room. We got this late last October and actually traded in a 2015 Durango Goldrush because once we saw the front living room, we were hooked.

We live in it for four months each winter down in Texas so have spent one winter in the 2015 Goldrush and one winter in the 2016 Gold. We are very pleased with the KZ products and speaking for myself, pretty picky. The front living room option has plenty of storage, a residential frig, fireplace, etc. The only problem we had was a leaking anti-siphon valve which is accessible from the shower. I called KZ and they sent us a new one immediately. This 5th wheel has a RV king bed plus two couches which make into beds so it could sleep six easily. We did not get the washer/dryer but it is all plumbed and wired for that if we were to ever want it. Our park has a laundry so it's no problem for us and we use that space as another closet. All in all, we couldn't be happier. The one thing I would mention is that because of the shape of the front end, if you have a short bed truck, you really will need a slider hitch and we just changed from a manual slider to the Pullrite auto slider. We made a test trip with it just a few weeks ago and it works absolutely great. If you have any more questions about the Durango Gold, feel free to ask.
