Just thought I could add something to what John said about having faith in Cross Roads. I got a call today from Randy the Service Manager at Cross Roads who gave me some pointers about my problems. I told him that I will get back to him as soom as my PP is out of storage on 01 May. Right now, I have a 10 foot snowbank on my front lawn. I will keep you apraised of the developments as they unfold.
Thanks again guys.
