The origionally white seals on our 1999 F/W windows have all turned dark with what looks like mold or mildew. We are at a loss as to what has caused it since we live in east Texas and the humidity doesn't really seem to be a factor. No amount of scrubbing can get them back to white. Does anyone have a solution for this problem? Can they be replaced without comprimizing the integrity of the window?

Try some 'Black Streak Remover" on them, that might take it off.

If that doesn't work, try an old standby - Wesley's Bleche White (honest, that's how it's spelled). It's a whitewall tire cleaner that you can find at an auto parts store or in the automotive cleaner/wax section of one of the big box stores.

Be careful with it, though - it can remove wax, and I don't know what it would do to paint or decals.

We have a 32' Fiver and I tried everything to clean the white rubber around the windows.
I finally took rubber trim off and soaked in a 50% Clorox solution for several hours or until the trim was white again. The trim is not hard to remove or reinstall. I now do this about once a year.
