HELP! 5th wheel power

Got here to our campsite, plug into shore power and boom no power. The trailer is brand new. I had the rv center put an inverter solar panel and generator. Every time I turn my AC on, it pops the inverter breaker?? Please help

The inverter shouldn't be involved with the A/C in any way, so I don't know why it would be tripped by the A/C. (It can't create enough power to run the air conditioner)

Did you check the circuit breakers on the pedestal? (You should always turn them off when plugging in or unplugging so you don't arc the plug prongs)

Next check the circuit breakers in your power panel. If all are on, then next you could check that all wires in the plug are connected. Since you have a generator, it could be a faulty auto transfer switch. The ATS has a delay built in, so wait a couple of minutes before declaring it dead. I leave the A/C off until I've verified that the power is flowing into the RV. (I have a Progressive Ind. EMS that displays volts, amps, so I know when the ATS has connected because the amps go from 0 to 1-2 amps, according to what's on)

You didn't state whether your at a state or commercial campground but if it were me I would ask for some help from maintenance or maybe even ask a camper on another site. Most people are quite willing to help someone new. It would be much easier for someone there to figure it out than seeking help on a forum. Oh and welcome to the forum.

I started out with nothing and I still have most of it left

For some reason, when the AC turns off, the inverter 20amp breaker trips. I think the dealership that installed messed up. No breakers trip inside the Rv. Could it be a transfer switch?
