Help valuing a Holiday Rambler 5th wheel ?

First let me make clear - this is not a "for sale" post. I will not respond to any offers as such.
I'm just trying to figure out how to value this RV.

We're in San Francisco and came into possession of a 1997 Holiday Rambler Imperial Select that we need to sell, but we're not RV people so it's not a territory we're familiar with.
I'm just trying to figure out how to value it.

It's 37 feet, 13100 lbs, looks like this one for sale in Utah (we're in San Francisco though - that one is a diff. party) :

Nadaguides.com says : low = $11,690 avg retail = $14,090

Does that range sound about right, for when we do go about selling it ?

One more time : this is not a "for sale" offer - just looking for advice.

Thanks !

Kent

I tried to go back and just link to a photo of a similar RV so it didn't look like I was trying to link to a sale (which was not the intention), but the edit period seems to have expired.
Here is just the photo.

Most banks use NADA to decide value, so that's usually how you start. Then if demand is high for your floor plan or trailer, higher price. Less demand, price is up to you.

Practically in todays market, used RVs sell for low NADA retail with no options added on.

Thanks a lot for the advice.
I wasn't even sure if Nadaquides was used in general or reliable at that.
Sounds like a good ballpark guide, maybe on the lower end of the range.
