Angry Holiday Rambler Window Cover

I recently purchased a 1995 Holiday Rambler Fifth-Wheel which has an aluminum cover on the back window. This cover appears to have some sort of mechanism for opening, but I cannot find a switch, button or crank to open it. Must be something simple ...??

Are there thumb screws on each side where the support arms attach? Loosen the thumb screws and lift up the cover from the bottom to the angle you like and re-tighten the thumb screws.

That is how the cover worked on my travel trailer...YMMV

Was it something simple?
