Red face Hopkins Break Controler

Has anyone used the Hopkins Break Controler Insight 47297 flex-mount brake controller. I see them advertised in Trailer Life magazine and was think of getting one. Does anyone have one of these.

I bought one when they first came out. With my other controllers, I was never able to mount them where I could access them quickly if needed and be able to make the installation look decent. The Hopkins took care of that, a very easy install and only one small hole on the edge of of a dash panel allowed the single wire to be concealed.

It seems to work as well as any other proportional controller I've owned and I was able to place the manual brake control very high up on the dash so that it is very accessible if needed. The display unit tucks in neatly against the A pillar on the dash and is out of the way, but easily visible.
I'm extremely satisfied with mine.
