How difficult is it to get access to the interior walls?

Has anyone had much experience removing the interior wall panels to get access/inspect the insulation, wiring, etc. or do work inside your walls?

Yes, accessing the wall which is behind one's kitchen cabinets is a big deal but what of more open wall areas in living room, hallway, bedroom, etc?

I have a number of things in mind in addition to basic inspection, sealing air leaks, dealing with insulation gaps, repairing sockets, etc. For example, I've considered placing some of my USB temp/humidity/dew-point sensors inside my walls to log relevant telemetry and climate data 24/7 and experiment with various energy saving techniques.

Is there much variation in various brands/models or is interior wall access much the same in most fifth-wheels?

I could be wrong on the newer 5th wheels. I replaced the back inside of my fithwheel and I had to work from the outside in. I believe all are built from the inside out.

Mostly you'll go from the inside on fiberglass side trailers. Still kind of a pain, but can be done.

Metal side trailers are usually easier from the outside.

Interesting! I've actually never looked closely at the sides to see how they are built. I assumed that they use quick and easy rivets and therefore would be hard to work from the outside.

Any generalizations about which brands/tiers are metal side versus fiberglass side?

I thought I had heard of interior wall sheets sort of sliding out of their "lap" positions on some guy's Youtube video but have no recall as to what brand he was working on.
