How to change rubber seal

Would like information on changing rubber seal around 5th wheel slideout.
We have purchased rubber seal....any tips on an easy way to put in back
on ...have a Jayco with 16 foot slide out....

My seals started to "droop" where the seal adhesive was failing. I carefully removed seal - cleaned both seal and area where it mounts to slide and reattached with this 3M product:


Worked great but the adhesive itself was nasty - do not get any on you!

Depends on what kind of gasket it is. There is trim lok style, adhesive, trim screwed on top of it, slips into a track, etc.
