Frankly: I think it was a staged shot, Someone welded up the needed hitch just so they could shoot that video then restored it to proper configuration for towing.. But, then, That is OPINION, and thus may well be wrong. Facts are Facts, but what I typed above is OPINION.

I don't see any lights on that end of the trailer in the video. Do you?

Looks to me like he just got a square tube, drilled a hole in each end and hooked his truck hitch to the hitch on the back of the fiver.

Yeah, I don't think I'm gonna try it!

Did not look and at the angle of the camera not sure I could see them. Flush mount or slightly recessed lights such as the ones on my RV would be hard to see from that angle less he stood on the brakes. Will re-look though. Stand by......

Ok, Re-looked

If the lights were where I'd put 'em (on the part below the overhang) they would be shadowed and not visibile, there is somethign "Bright" in that area but this is most likely the work light the factory installs. (Plus it is white not red). I'd put the tail light just "inside" from that work light and that area is shadowed.

I still think this was a staged video.
Home is where I park it!

If that is around an oil field then housing is at a sky high premium. Could be real for some desperate dude that doesn't own a truck.

He should have put bogey wheels on the landing gear
