I finally got my fifth wheel hitch installed

It's took a lot longer than I thought it would But with work and other things I just did not get around to it. So I'm hoping next weekend I can take it out for the first time.

Great , used works for me and saves a few more dollars to spend on camping.I also use a reese and it has 60k towing miles is 7 yrs old and works great. If your first fiver, always look under the fifth wheel to check the jaws are latched before pulling out.You will see a few trucks with wrinkled up sides on their trucks and that is what happens when you have not double checked. The truckers know if you drop a trailer with a load on and the dollies hit the ground they are going right up into the trailer so it is a great habit to get into.jeffp a fifth wheel fan.

Thanks for info JeffP. I drove truck for about 15 YRS so I have seen my share of droped trailers. I've never dropped one and hope I never do.
