I heard that there are services that will move your fifth wheel for you, what do they cost, and what are they called, how do you find them.

RV transports, call any decent size RV sales near you. They should be able to get the dispatch telephone number.

When I bought my mobile suites a month ago I didn't have a truck ( and still dont ) I had to have it towed to my house. I got prices all over the board. Most were ridiculously high. Settled on a guy from Tennessee. He'll travel anywhere to pickup and deliver
He charges $1.50 a loaded mile. Many charge both ways.

We used Showroom Transport out of VA. Moved our 40' Fifth wheel from Naples, FL to Waveland, MS and them to Jacksonville, FL.

FWIW, I was =seriously= considering, had I purchased a rig out of state and had it towed home, on adding a hidden GPS tracker with real-time monitoring, just to be sure the hauler was honest. :-)

There are a number of RV transporters that you can use, and a variety of prices. I used Coyote Express Group LLC and it was a disaster. I'll leave out the details, but it involved a driver who could not speak English and who apparently did not have insurance. My unit sustained $1,470 in damages and I ended up paying almost half of that.

Try Craig's List and search for "transport or haul", or even post your own ad. You can check with a local RV dealer for contacts they use to haul RV's to shows. If you provide your timing and destination on this forum, you might get a response from a local forum member.
