No question is dumb

I have asked many questions over the years on this site some of which someone might have considered dumb. But if you don't know how else are you going to get the information. I have only had one response that was condescending and that was not from a US citizen. People on this site are polite or they are shut down. You will get lots of free information from very knowledgeable people here. Enjoy!

What state is your tags from? NC does NOT require truck tag to cover the weight of a NON-COMMERCIAL RV, I have gone over this three times with the managers of 3 different tag offices. Gastonia, Lincolnton, and Shelby NC Tag Offices. The truck tag only has to cover the weight of the truck only, and when you are not towing the RV, It must cover any usage for regular cargo, or pulling a utility trailer for other projects.
