Full time in our BC for over 4 years.
Basement storage is huge and tows very well. We average 6k miles per year.

It's warranted for full time.

BCs are lighter then Big Horns and Landmarks that makes it just right for us.

Is there a link to their warranty? I can't find anything. I didn't think they were.

All 3 models are FT units and fully warrantied but Landmarks do have a longer period.

It's in the owners manual. It's a generic owners manual that states all units have a 1yr non residential usage warranty. Landmark, BC and BH are mentioned as being excluded from the residential usage limit.

Scroll down to the bottom of the Heartland page and click on Owner Manuals in the Our Support section.

People use many types of units to full time in. Many items in the BC are the sane in the Big Horn and Landmark. I think it would work fine. Warranties are short lived IMHO. Good luck
