Is there an extensive list of full-time rated 5th wheels?

My google-fu is broken.

Has anyone done an extensive list of true full-time rated 5th wheels? I fully away of DRV/Grand Design/New Horizons/Arctic Fox/keystone Montana's and the like, but what are some others? Thanks for your time.

No!
There are some that claim rated for full time use. But unless you have really deep pockets and a really big truck those already mentioned might be out of your price range.
BTW what is your price range?

I’ve not seen such a rating published. There are better quality ones for sure. Perhaps it’s nit picking on my part but I’m not sure any RV is rated to live in full time.

if you want under 6 figures. Look used for most part. Possibly an Artic Fox. If you have deep pockets new horizons, spacekraft are a good start.

If used is considered

Newmar mountain aire or kountry aire
Carriage, Carr-lite or Royals International
Excel
Nu-wa Champagne or hitchiker
Teton which is what i have

Teton Newmar, Royals better have a lot of truck, 350, 3500 wont do it. need more just a heads up

Teton Brochure i have goes one better. "Even at below 0 temps Tetons are liveable 365 days a year" never seen another sales ad or anybody even come close to that.

Peterson guaranteed theirs to minus 10. I've been in mine at 4 below and it stayed very comfortable inside.

I forget exactly how many different 5th wheels there were back in 2011 when I was trying to decide but I think there were about 18. I even had them rated with axle rating and special comments like fiberglass roof, good insulation.

But a lot of those 5th wheels are no longer being built like Excel and even Lifestyle.
In the last week I saw some classics like Teton and Newmar. They looked old with dirty carpet everywhere like living room, steps and bedroom. And they smelled funny.

You can see these at a RV Dealer called 'New Horizon RV' in San Mateo Florida.

I went there to look at a 2017 Forest River Riverstone front kitchen. That 5th wheel did not age very well.

INHO - You can full time in any of the top 5th wheel made by most manufacturers.
Like Jayco Pinnacle, Thor Redwood, Palomino Columbus, Keystone Montana, Forest River Cardinal or Cedar Creek or best yet River Stone, Coachmen Brookstone, Dutchman Infinity.

If $$$ is no object DRV and Luxe make a good choice.

The new 5th wheels have solid steps, LED lighting, USB charge ports, TPO roofing, and tires with a higher speed rating.
