I am upset with keystone so I am having the a dealer in Bullhead City AZ repair the back flow problem and having them charge Keystone for the repair. I've had a bunch of issues with my rig. I've had 3 dining chairs replaced because the legs cracked where attached to seat; 3 shades replaced because of strings fraying and breaking, one replaced twice; three light fixtures had to be rewired because they weren't connected correctly; a fender cover had to be replaced because the screws poked through their holes; the stairway entry door lights on the floor won't turn off like they are suppose to when you shut the door, having to pull the fuse to turn them off; 2 of the registers from the furnace weren't connected to the furnace itself; both drawers under the refrig had to have the frames rebuilt because they fell apart; a grey tank was replaced because it had a crack in the bottom, leaking and swelling the belly with water; had a tire with only 6000 miles on it blow out causing $4200 damage; the 6 point leveling system slowly leaks and lowers from level; now has a seam in the black tank that opened up and leaks if tank gets full, found because belly swelled again; my fresh water tank problem; and there are a couple hair line cracks in the shower that we hope aren't leaking in the wall. We are full timers and these are all very annoying. We purchased this unit because it is suppose to be the best of the Keystone products. I guess I got the one lemon out there. Don't get me wrong, so far Keystone has corrected the problems with no cost to me, just my time. But now that I am out of my 1 year warranty, I will be paying even though I have an extended warranty. Was wondering if anyone else was having similar problems.
