keystone outback 2011

i have a keystone outback 5th wheel 2011. my rear slide is sticking in the closed position and i have to crawl under the rv and manualy crank the slide out a inch or so, and then i can extend it the rest of the way, is there a adjustment or what?

Does the slide seem level when extended?

Is a roller wheel broken?

Does the voltage seem weak when extending or retracting?

Does the motor make noise like it's "trying" when the slide is "stuck" in?

When extending, are you plugged into shore power?
