Had an "oops" event and needed to replace some towing hooks, wiring, etc. Pulled into Keystone Friday afternoon and they got to work right away. One hour later our plugs were rewired, hooks in place. NO CHARGE!!! We bought the materials and they WAIVED the labor!!! Talk about service. We will make the effort to let everyone know what real service is like.
We had been to the big F in PA recently and had NO such level of service.
