Killed duck with slide room

The other day I was extending my big slide and heard thus crunching noise. My first reaction was "hmm, what is that weird noise?" And then after a few seconds " golly, I should probably stop holding this button down and see what the heck it is!"

Well to my amazement, I found my favorite duck decoy crushed between the edge of the slide-out and the wall. At least most of it, anyways. The rest in about a billion tiny peices of resin/hard plastic. Surprisingly, the slide never stopped or jammed or stuck. There were no scratches or gouges on anything! So I was lucky. Not so much for the duck!

Watch out! If PETA finds out they'll start picketing over such blatant animal cruelty. Poor defenseless little ducky.

Instead of Wincrasher, your user name should be Wingcrusher.

Should this be moved to What Not to Do thread or possibly Traveling with Pets. A cautionary tail feathers for sure.
