I am really looking close to buying a Laredo F29RK 5th Wheel by Keystone. $ for $ I have found no other 5th Wheel that comes close in features for the money. Am I missing something?

We have a Laredo 29RL with 2 slides. First, who I am: I have owned RV's since 1969, and from 1984 to 2004 owned motorhomes, the last being an Adventurer, we have been in every state you can drive to except Louisiana, so accept or reject what I say based on my background.
We are generally pleased with our Laredo. Once set up, we like it a lot, roomy and attractive. We did add MorRyde suspension and pin box because the way things moved around inside while towing was not acceptable, since that addition the p;roblem disappeared. The one thing I am not happy with is the factory response, or rather lack of, to any questions which I have had. Both Winnebago and Fleetwood whom I had dealt with for years, were very good with answers to questions, or help with suggestions. I contacted the Laredo factory three times and received zero help. However, if your dealer is good, he can help. Anyway, we generally like the Laredo, have no major complaints after the suspension was changed, and just ignore the manufacturer totally.

I own a Laredo 29BH model.

My local dealer has handled all the go between with the factory. I had a couple of small requests and they took care of things for me.

One request was to obtain hinges and cabinet pulls for a customizing job I did. Another was to obtain some of the paneling used. Both times, in a very expeditious manner, Keystone supplied the parts through the dealer.

I think it is a good service model when you have a responsive and reliable dealer.
