Leaf springs Right rear keep breaking

Have a 2008 Americana GS39 Fifth Wheel trailer and since the first year the Passenger side rear leaf spring keeps Breaking. I ordered the Trailer with the Air Rude Suspension option. I have just recently had all springs and suspension parts replaced and they checked everything! I drove it home from Elkhart, Indiana and the same spring has started to bend and spread. The trailer is not overweight and they even put heavier springs on this time.
Is anyone else experiencing similar problems?

How was the weight checked? If it wasn't checked at each tire, the total weight of the rig might be ok, but one tire could be bearing more weight than what the spring is rated for.

If the spring is going bad that quickly, then I would look for misalignment on that spring, either the spring hangers are set incorrectly, or the frame is twisted in that area. I would take it to a compentant alignment shop that is familiar with trailer axles and have the alignment checked. Also tell them about the problem that you are having and they will look for a potential cause.
