Left Jack error

Hey Guys, we have a keystone Laredo 5th wheel. Got a left jack error message during auto level. It says I need to manually retract jacks. This is new territory for me, need some help! Thanks

Raise the rear kacks manually.........then push auto level. Sometimes you are also to the extended length of the rear jack when that message comes up. Does it mine sometimes so I just put a block under the rear jacks and works just fine.

the rear jacks have to be fully retracted before auto level will work.

What kind of leveling system do you have? Mine is a Bigfoot and the rear jacks must be fully retracted or they will not extend.
