Starting to look at 5th wheels since purchasing my 2000 f250 7.3. Haven't found a bunkhouse that fits the weight and requirements that would make my switch from a TT. I feel like there's got to be one out there that fits the bill and I just haven't found it.
Here's what I'm looking for: at least 3 slides, master bedroom with the bed tried east/west, w/d in the front cap wardrobe, bunk room with one slide, decent storage. Finally GVWR less than 12k.
If anyone has one or stumbled upon one that's close to this please let me know.

Look for a Keystone High Country Bunkhouse, 296BH, weighs about 7250 lbs. Great if you have kids or big family , 2 slides, awning, set up very good. They are holding their price pretty well 2011 -?. I tow with a 3/4 ton SW tows great !
I have the last of of the F250's with the 7.3 engine (with a tuner.) I purchased a 2015 Grand Design Reflection 323BHS bunkhouse fifth wheel because it weighs 11K lbs. (dry) and has a pin weight of 2K lbs. (dry). At 37' with 4 slides, it fits your F250 perfectly.
I did add an auxiliary tranny cooler and a set of AirRide 5000's, however I'm not getting any squat with low air pressure.
With my 60 hp tow tune, it pulls the 323BHS just great.
