Looking at a new Keystone Copper Canyon 333 FWFLS

Well we've been looking at up grading the camper. We are looking at a Keystone which is what we have right now 2002 Keystone Hornet (our first)
Now that we are into our second year we kinda know what we want, need and wish lists are. Does anyone have any suggestion or comments or dealings with keystone? After going to a couple shows and looking at different 5th wheelers we really like the front living quarters where the bed is on most every other 5th wheel. Just looking for some insight pro cons any feed back would be great Good or Bad
Thanks

The trailer manufacture is important but the selling/service dealer is the most important part of this equation. They will be providing the warranty work if any work and prepping the trailer for sale. Some dealers are great and others all out just for your money.
I have a Cougar 318SAB bought new in 2010 and the selling dealer was Pontiac RV in Pontiac IL. They were very supportive in the sale and one warrant issue I had (minor). Since then the trailer has been trouble free but I do my own maintenance and work on the trailer.
Some people have had a lot of issues with their campers but sometimes they may not have done a adequately pre-deliver audit on their unit. An then instead of contacting the selling dealer; they try to contact Keystone excepting Keystone to resolve their issue. My answer to them is if your GMC/Ford or Chrysler had a warranty issue would you take this to the dealer or the manufacture? You would take it to the dealer for repair.
