We currently have a 1989 Prowler Lynx 18.5' fifth wheel, tandem axle, wife is now looking in earnest for something a little bigger, around 22or 22.5 foot, just the wife, 13 year old daughter and I, so don't need fancy, or too large, looked at a few Westwinds, which I think show as Kustom Koach product, any feedback on these, the ones we found are 1997 vintage or so.

Very Clean Fifth wheel priced for quick sale. Everything works. New Hot water Heater ($750).
Towed by 1/2 Ton Truck. Hitch also included in price. Please call 604-941-2845 for viewing.
Also one slumber queen model any feedback on these also?

1994 SLUMBER QUEEN 22ft fifth wheel, AWNING, HEAT, AUTO HOT WATER, FRONT QUEEN BED, PRIVATE SEPRATE BATHROOM, DINETTE TURNS TO LARGE QUEEN BED, FULL KITCHEN, STOVE./OVEN, DOUBLE SINK, 3 WAY FRIDGE/FREEZER, BEAUTIFUL OAK CABINITS, REAR LADDER/ROOF RACK, REAR SPARE TIRE, EXTREMELY CLEAN INSIDE AND OUT BEAUTIFUL CONDITION LIKE NEW, VERY LIGHT WEIGHT 3300LBS CAN PULL WITH A 6 CYL PICK UP TRUCK, $5700 OBO

With a used trailer the first thing to check for is water intrusion. Discolored, warped/wavy wall paneling is a sure give-away of water leakage. Check each interior corner at roof intersection for soft spots or rotted wood. Inspect the roof for soft spots and missing or loose caulking.
