They must have a splice point going to slide, elect box, check it there you may fine poor connection or open.

007 ya nailed it! Thanks to all who responded; I fixed the short a little while ago....black connection was loose and touching the ground; had slid out of the yellow connector....put all new on and taped them so there will be no repeat of this fiasco! I DID get to know my coach better then I would have had this not have happened....i took everything apart trying to find the cause; and it was behind the couch!
