Magic chef stove in 2008 Keystone Everest

How do you check for the temperature in the oven. I don't think ours is getting hot enough?

You can always purchase one of the digital non-contact thermometers to check the temperature when you open the oven door. The above also is a good idea.

We need to buy a tire for our 2008 Keystone Everest RV 5th wheel. Any recommendations?

Tons of threads on this.
Basically nothing Chinese made.
Hankook F19s are good. So are Michelin XPS ribs.

You need a remote thermocouple unit. Even a brief door opening greatly alters oven temperature. They are not expensive, even a unit designed to be used with a BBQ grill will work. Those may be purchased for <$50.
After I matched the oven temp knob with oven temperature, and placed 4 tile squares in the bottom of the oven, it baked very evenly and maintained a reasonably even temperature during baking time. My wife got so good at baking in the RV oven I gained 10# during our Alaska trip.
