Main roof air blower isn't

Advice, please?
The roof air blower motor is not functioning on our 2010 Raptor. The compressor sounds like it is running, but the blower will not operate.
When placed to "fan only" it makes the same humming noise like a motor trying to turn.
It worked perfectly in July when last used. I suspect everything from an insect infestation on the "blades" to a failed bearing or motor. No clue about the possible root cause of failure.
My question: Is it best to evaluate the problem from below or above? Is the blower motor and bearings accessible for analysis and repair?
Any help greatly appreciated.

Probably a dirt dobber nest has the fan hung up. If you can remove the cover on the inside of the rv and can see the blower fan squirrel cage. WITH POWER OFF give it a good hard turn with your hands. This will break the dirt nest free and your good to go. If the fan spins freely, might be a start/run cap. If you can't see the squirrel cage fan from inside, time to climb up on the roof and remove the outside cover, and repeat steps above. Good luck!

Either bad capacitor, something blocking blades, or a bad motor.

I hadn't thought about the starter capacitor. I'll go in through the bottom and try that first and then do the high wire act on the roof.
I'll post back after getting a chance to check it out. (Probably be a couple of weeks before I get a chance.) It's not that I mind work, it's just so inconvenient!

X2 on both.

Just a note do not run that compressor more than a a min With the fan Not working, as it could cause problems.
