Maxxfan beeping

We are looking for help with our Maxxfans. The bedroom fan started chirping/beeping last night. Today the bathroom fan is doing the same thing and is still beeping.
We stopped the bath fan beeping by ultimately clipping the black wire. We had removed the fuse and verified the fan would not operate, but it continued to beep, so we clipped an incoming wire. That stopped the beeps. There is also a led flashing associated with the thermostat on both fans. So we suspect the alarm is associated with the thermostat. The owner manual describes one or two beeps associated with programming it but nothing about constant beeping.

We called Maxxfan and so far they have not heard of anything like this before. We know there was some condensation up there and some ice. We suspect the circuit board is damaged and will need replacement. Any experience with the best way to proceed with the bath fan will help. We silenced the bed fan so that is a project for another warmer day. Thank you. Still beeping....

Yes it could be cause by ice or condensation but a 2013 New Horizons should still be under warranty ? I would talk directly to your dealer service department. Or take it in to any New Horizons dealer for free repair. New Horizons is a top of the line very expensive RV and should be look at by professionals.
