Mobile Suites Kitchen Question

We are pondering purchasing a 2011 Mobile Suites and for the life of me I cannot figure out what the function is of the partially sliding board/counter piece inside the "breadbox" in the kitchen? Does anyone know? and/or can anyone tell me what they use theirs for?

As always, thanks for any feedback,
Patti

Sounds like just another 'gimmick' put in to make them have something the competition does not have.

it is touted as an appliance cubby. put your coffee pot, toaster oven, whatever and close the cover it is out of sight. Open the cover and slide the tray out for use. whatever!!! I think I'd use it for keeping breads of of sight.

But if you are ordering a new unit, tell them you don't want it. DRV will make chanes for you.

It is just a movable door--we have the bread, toaster, coffeemaker and lots of other 'stuff' in the space. Small advantage--can leave the door open when camped and not have a swinging cabinet door hanging open.
DRV will probably make it anything you can think of if you are ordering it.
